Ingredients:
Put butter in pot, melt at low temperature.
Add heeng.
Add cumin seeds.
Add chopped green pepper.
Combine cucumber and yogurt/peanuts in a seperate bowl.
Add what’s in the pot to what’s in the bowl.
Add salt to taste.
Add sugar.
Garlic with cilantro.
If peanuts were used, squeeze in a some lemon
