Ingredients:

 

 

1)      Peel and dice potatoes.

2)      Cut cauliflower into small pieces (not too small).

3)      Make phodani.

4)      Add onions, sautee until brown.

5)      Add peas.

6)      Add cauliflower and potatoes.

7)      Add water to make gravy consistency to taste.

8)      Add salt.

9)      Cover, lower heat, simmer for 10 minutes.

10)  Potatoes should be a little cooked. Don’t over cook.

11)  Chop and add tomatoes, turn off heat, cover.

12)  Let cook in own heat.

13)  Chop cilantro, garnish.
